My team and I created a team charter to outline each member’s roles, strengths, weaknesses, commitments, and goals, with the aim of fostering smooth collaboration and ensuring high-quality work. It highlights the following:

Team Members' Strengths & Weaknesses: We’ve identified each member’s unique skills and areas for improvement, such as proficiency with design tools, programming languages, and personal traits like punctuality and stress management.

Core Values: We prioritize clear communication, goal focus, consistency, and redundancy, along with commitments to attending meetings, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a supportive team environment.

Personal Goals: Each member has set individual goals, like improving punctuality or public speaking, to enhance the team’s overall success.

Group Norms: We use tools like WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Trello for communication, file sharing, and task tracking. Daily stand-up meetings ensure everyone is aligned on progress.

Roles: Specific roles are assigned, with leaders overseeing development, design, and research/documentation.

Metrics of Success: Success is defined by meeting deadlines, fulfilling requirements, and receiving positive feedback, with ongoing reviews for continuous improvement.

Consequences: A strike system holds members accountable for failing to meet commitments, with escalating consequences after multiple strikes.

This structured approach ensures accountability, collaboration, and the successful delivery of our project.
